Frequently asked

Can you design our label?

We can work from your artwork, adapt existing artwork to our formats, or brief a design. Either way we check the label for UK food information compliance — nutrition, allergens, weights, storage and durability — before it goes to print.

What is the smallest own-label order?

Six pallets per SKU where you use one of our standard recipes and stock formats. Bespoke recipes start at 26 pallets depending on pack format.

Do you handle the packaging supply?

Yes. Bottles, caps, labels, cases and pallets can all be sourced through us, or you can supply your own.

Will our product be identical to yours?

Not unless you want it to be. We can supply a standard recipe under your brand, or adjust viscosity, colour, seasoning and fat content so the product is distinct.

Can you meet retailer technical requirements?

We hold BRCGS Grade AA and are Sedex members, with RSPO Segregated certification and Kosher certification through the Manchester Beth Din — the certification set most retail technical teams ask for.
